I've been a hard worker all my life. From my beginnings, I learned how to run a small business when I was 19, and had several rewarding jobs working in Manufacturing and Distribution. After spending many years in Sales positions for various companies, a friend offered me a chance to learn something new (Precast Concrete for the Construction Industry). What a great challenge it was incorporating my skills into this new industry in 2001.
In 2015, I decided to take the plunge into self employment by starting "Sandra Palone & Associates". My first year in business, I made about $4,000.00 as a manufacturer's sales rep. Over the years, I have made relationships for vetted manufacturers of precast products on projects where I can offer my skills as a Project Manager and Administrator. I work my projects from beginning to end. In 2023, Sandra Palone & Associates has reached over $4M in sales, with projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic states.
